Every year, FastAid provides medical cover at a wide range of community events across Solihull and Birmingham – not only to keep people safe, but also as part of our vital fundraising efforts.
While we don’t charge set fees for our services, we warmly welcome generous donations to help us continue our lifesaving work.

We’re proud to support events such as the Shirley Carnival, Knowle Fun Run, Shirley Donkey Derby, Shirley Beerfest, Balsall Common Festival, School Fundays, and many more run by local charities and community groups.
FastAid operates in line with HSE guidelines, and every event we attend is fully risk-assessed and carefully planned to ensure the highest standards of safety.
